1) Engineers should anticipate PROBLEM during DESIGN period... and brief site staff the anticipated problem during project construction.
2) Electrical engineers should do design coordination review with another consultants regularly to avoid problem or mis-coordination.
3) Identify main service route since beginning and visualize the traffic and do coordination drawing.
4) Make sure all installations is maintanable and serviceable in future.
5) Check whatever site staff do and verified.
6) Design drawing and shop drawing must be on site. These drawings must be endorsed by relevant party.
7) Coordinated services drawing must be prepared prior installation and discussed among services.
8) Make sure all installation follows QA process of either JKR or QAS contractor.
9) Endorsed method statement must be on site for detailing services involved.
10) Mock up is needed to establish some standard in any installation. Verify the mock up.
11) RE or COW must be appointed now. JKR in scheduling to conduct a seminar to all REs and COWs for this project.
12) Any installation that considered special, please prepare the drawing specifically.
13) Trunking shall be installed using proper support.
