Kita sambung lagi:

Selepas kita bincangkan tentang Nabi Musa AS pada post yang lepas, hari ini kita bincang pula tentang Nabi Isa AS, dari segi keturunannya, mengikut kitab mereka sendiri.

Mengikut salasilah di atas Nabi Isa AS berketurunan melalui Sulaiman bin Daud, kedua-duanya Nabi Allah melalui Yehuda, anak Nabi Yaakub AS. Nabi Yaakub adalalah anak Nabi Ishaq bin Ibrahim, daripada isterinya yang bernama Sarah. Nabi Ibrahim dianggap bapa segala Nabi kerana keturunannya yang ramai menjadi Nabi dan Rasul, khususnya daripada Nabi Ishaq.

Makbulnya Doa Nabi Ibrahim ada tersebut dalam Al Quran, Al Baqarah:

[127] Dan (ingatlah) ketika Nabi Ibrahim bersama-sama Nabi Ismail meninggikan binaan asas-asas (tapak) Baitullah (Kaabah) itu, sambil keduanya berdoa dengan berkata: “Wahai Tuhan kami! Terimalah daripada kami (amal kami); sesungguhnya Engkaulah yang Maha Mendengar, lagi Maha mengetahui;

[128] “Wahai Tuhan kami! Jadikanlah kami berdua: orang-orang Islam (yang berserah diri) kepadaMu, dan jadikanlah daripada keturunan kami: umat Islam (yang berserah diri) kepadamu, dan tunjukkanlah kepada kami syariat dan cara-cara ibadat kami, dan terimalah taubat kami; sesungguhnya Engkaulah Maha Penerima taubat, lagi Maha Mengasihani;

Daripada kitab mereka, panjang sikit, harap Allah bagi hidayah kepada kita untuk faham, dipetik daripada Bible Matthew 1:

The book of the generation of 'Isa al-Masih[1], Ibn Dawud, Ibn Ibrahim. 2 Ibrahim became the father of Ishaq. Ishaq became the father of Yaqub. Yaqub became the father of Judah and his brothers. 3 Judah became the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar. Perez became the father of Hezron. Hezron became the father of Ram. 4 Ram became the father of Amminadab. Amminadab became the father of Nahshon. Nahshon became the father of Salmon. 5 Salmon became the father of Boaz by Rahab. Boaz became the father of Obed by Ruth. Obed became the father of Jesse. 6 Jesse became the father of Dawud the king. Dawud became the father of Sulayman by her who had been the wife of Uriah. 7 Sulayman became the father of Rehoboam. Rehoboam became the father of Abijah. Abijah became the father of Asa. 8 Asa became the father of Jehoshaphat. Jehoshaphat became the father of Joram. Joram became the father of Uzziah. 9 Uzziah became the father of Jotham. Jotham became the father of Ahaz. Ahaz became the father of Hezekiah. 10 Hezekiah became the father of Manasseh. Manasseh became the father of Amon. Amon became the father of Josiah. 11 Josiah became the father of Jechoniah and his brothers, at the time of the exile to Babylon. 12 After the exile to Babylon, Jechoniah became the father of Shealtiel. Shealtiel became the father of Zerubbabel. 13 Zerubbabel became the father of Abiud. Abiud became the father of Eliakim. Eliakim became the father of Azor. 14 Azor became the father of Sadoc. Sadoc became the father of Achim. Achim became the father of Eliud. 15 Eliud became the father of Eleazar. Eleazar became the father of Matthan. Matthan became the father of Yaqub. 16 Yaqub became the father of Yusuf, the husband of Maryam, from whom was born 'Isa[2], who is called al-Masih. 17 So all the generations from Ibrahim to Dawud are fourteen generations; from Dawud to the exile to Babylon fourteen generations; and from the carrying away to Babylon to al-Masih, fourteen generations.

Abaikan moyang dalam generasi Nabi Isa AS KECUALI pada punca yang ditemukan satu, Nabi Daud AS. Dalam 2 susur galur keturunan ini menemukan 2 moyang yang  berbeza, saya tandakan merah iaitu Nabi Sulaiman AS (Dari Matthew 1) dan Nathan (Dari Luke 3)
Soalan kita, mana satu yang betul? Takkan kedua-duanya betul? Takkan seorang tokoh yang paling penting dalam agama ini memiliki 2 salasilah keturunan yang berbeza?

Nabi Isa AS menurut kitab mereka sendiri berketurunan Nabi Daud melalui Sulaiman atau keturunan Nabi Daud melalui Nathan?
