This is to remind you regarding the coming 20th AGM for IEEE Malaysia
Section and Chapters are as scheduled below and you are cordially invited
to attend the meeting. A door gift shall be given to the first 100 members
(who are eligible to vote) who sign up for the meeting on the day.

1. To accept the minutes of the 19th Annual General Meeting
2. To receive Chairman's Report for 2009 Session
3. To receive Treasurer's Report and Accounts for 2009 Session
4. Dissolution of Committee for 2009 Session
5. Election of Committee for 2010 Session and to appoint 2 auditors
6. Any other business
