Lawan Hujah Bhg 10
BismillahirRahmanirRahim
Dengan nama Allah, Yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani
[1] Bertasbihlah mensucikan nama Tuhanmu Yang Maha Tinggi (dari segala sifat-sifat kekurangan) [2] Yang telah menciptakan (sekalian makhlukNya) serta menyempurnakan kejadiannya dengan kelengkapan yang sesuai dengan keadaannya; [3] Dan Yang telah mengatur (keadaan makhluk-makhlukNya) serta memberikan hidayah petunjuk (ke jalan keselamatannya dan kesempurnaannya);[4] Dan Yang telah mengeluarkan tumbuh-tumbuhan untuk binatang-binatang ternak, [5] Kemudian Ia menjadikan (tumbuh-tumbuhan yang menghijau) itu kering – (berubah warnanya) kehitam-hitaman. [6] Kami sentiasa menjadikan engkau (wahai Muhammad) dapat membaca (Al-Quran yang diturunkan kepadamu – dengan perantaraan jibril), sehingga engkau (menghafaznya dan) tidak lupa, [7] Kecuali apa yang dikehendaki Allah engkau lupakan; sesungguhnya Ia mengetahui (segala keadaan yang patut berlaku), dan yang tersembunyi. [8] Dan Kami tetap memberi kemudahan kepadamu untuk (melaksanakan segala perkara) Ugama yang mudah diterima oleh akal yang sihat. [9] Oleh itu berilah peringatan (kepada umat manusia dengan ajaran Al-Quran), kalau-kalau peringatan itu berguna (dan sudah tentu berguna); [10] Kerana orang yang takut (melanggar perintah Allah) akan menerima peringatan itu; [11] Dan (sebaliknya) orang yang sangat celaka akan menjauhinya, [12] Dia lah orang yang akan menderita bakaran neraka yang amat besar (azab seksanya), [13] Selain dari itu, ia tidak mati di dalamnya dan tidak pula hidup senang. [14] Sesungguhnya berjayalah orang yang – setelah menerima peringatan itu – berusaha membersihkan dirinya (dengan taat dan amal yang soleh), [15] Dan menyebut-nyebut dengan lidah dan hatinya akan nama Tuhannya serta mangerjakan sembahyang (dengan khusyuk). [16] (Tetapi kebanyakkan kamu tidak melakukan yang demikian), bahkan kamu utamakan kehidupan dunia; [17] Padahal kehidupan akhirat lebih baik dan lebih kekal. [18] Sesungguhnya (keterangan-keterangan yang dinyatakan) ini ada (disebutkan) di dalam Kitab-kitab yang terdahulu, [19]Iaitu Kitab-kitab Nabi Ibrahim dan Nabi Musa. (87. Al-A’la)
Kita temukan setakat ini beberapa perkara yang berkaitan daripada dua kitab samawi yang telahpun dibincangkan, yang hampir sama penceritaan dan kisah.
Kita bukan sahaja membaca Al Quran ketika 'membaca Quran', sebenarnya, kita juga dalam masa yang sama sedang membaca 'kitab-kitab' terdahulu, seperti dalam ayat di atas, suhuf daripada Nabi Ibrahim dan Taurat Nabi Musa.
Apa sahaja ayat keterangan yang Kami mansukhkan (batalkan), atau yang Kami tinggalkan (atau tangguhkan), Kami datangkan ganti yang lebih baik daripadanya, atau yang sebanding dengannya. Tidakkah engkau mengetahui bahawasanya Allah Maha Kuasa atas tiap-tiap sesuatu? Al Baqarah, 106.
[18] Sesungguhnya (keterangan-keterangan yang dinyatakan) ini ada (disebutkan) di dalam Kitab-kitab yang terdahulu, [19]Iaitu Kitab-kitab Nabi Ibrahim dan Nabi Musa.Kita perlu berasa bangga kerana memiliki kitab yang cukup hebat sepanjang zaman. Kitab yang tiada tandingan dan cacat cela.
Al Quran sentiasa selamat daripada sebarang pengubahsuaian dan pindaan, ia terus daripada Allah kepada seluruh manusia, sebab itu, kita sebarkanlah Al Quran setakat yang kita mampu, kerana Al Quran bukan sahaja untuk orang Melayu.
Semoga dengan niat baik kita, akan membuka hati pihak mereka untuk menyertai agama suci ini.
Sepuluh post ini, saya jangkakan cukup untuk mengetuk pintu hati mereka.

Lawan Hujah Bhg 9
Kita kembali berbincang tentang ayat seterusnya daripada Deuteronomy 18, terakhir dibincangkan pada Lawan Hujah Bhg 5, pada ayat yang berbunyi:
Dan kita tunjukkan kita punya (Sila klik imej untuk membesarkan):
Subhanallah.

"(18) I will raise them up a prophet from among their brothers, like you; and I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I shall command him. (19) It will be, that whoever will not listen to my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.[2] [2] 18:19 Referred to in the Injil, Acts 3:23." (Daripada Deuteronomy 18)Kita mulakan dengan ayat bergaris berwarna biru di atas: "whoever will not listen to my words which he shall speak in my name" "yang dia akan bercakap dengan namaKu", nama Allah. Tunjukkan dalam kitab mereka mana ayat mereka yang bermula dengan namaKu itu, nama Allah itu.
Dan kita tunjukkan kita punya (Sila klik imej untuk membesarkan):
Perhatikan pada permulaan setiap surah dalam Al Quran, kecuali At-Taubah yang bermula dengan kalimah "Bismillahhirrohmannirrohiim" atau terjemahnya dalam bahasa Melayu "Dengan nama Allah, yang Maha Pemurah, lagi Maha Mengasihani" atau dalam bahasa Inggeris "Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds" . Bukankah ini maksud yang tepat pada ayat "which he shall speak in my name" "yang dia akan bercakap dengan namaKu"?
Kepada mereka: "It will be, that whoever will not listen to my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him". Ambil yang merah sahaja: "Sesiapa yang tidak mahu mendengar kepada ayatKu, .... akan Ku tuntut kebertanggungjawaban...!"
Masih kebetulan?

(44) This is part of the tidings of the things unseen, which We reveal unto thee (O Prophet!) by inspiration; thou wast not with them when they cast lots with arrows, as to which of them should be charged with the care of Mary; nor wast thou with them when they disputed (the point). (45) Behold! the angels said "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Isa, the son of Mary held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah. (46) "He shall speak to the people in childhood And in maturity and he shall be (of the company) of the righteous." (47) She said: "O my Lord! how shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" Terjemahan dalam Bahasa Melayu (Bahagian bergaris sahaja):
Kitab mereka:
"...Mariam berkata kepada malaikat, bagaimana hal itu mungkin berlaku, sedangkan aku masih dara? Jawab malaikat kepadanya Roh Kudus akan datang kepadamu dan kuasa Yang Maha Tinggi akan menaungi engkau, jadi dia juga akan dipanggil Bin Allah" (Luke 1: 34-35)
Al Quran Al Karim:
"Maryam berkata:” Wahai Tuhanku! Bagaimanakah aku akan beroleh seorang anak, padahal aku tidak pernah disentuh oleh seorang lelaki pun?” Allah berfirman; “Demikianlah keadaannya, Allah menjadikan apa yang dikehendakiNya; apabila Ia berkehendak melaksanakan sesuatu perkara, maka Ia hanyalah berfirman kepadanya: ` Jadilah engkau, lalu menjadilah ia.”Pandang kedua-duanya, lihat dengan mata hati, perhatikan kehebatan ayat, mana satu yang anda rasa asli?
Yang asli adalah dalam Bahasa Arab...! Bahasa Al Quran.

Lawan Hujah Bhg 7
Enam post sebelum ini jelas menunjukkan bahawa Injil pernah menelah kehadiran Nabi terakhir, yang turut diakui Nabi Isa, tertulis dalam bible seperti yang dibincangkan dalam bahagian 6.
Umum masyarakat Islam tahu, Muhammad seorang yang ummi, tidak tahu membaca dan tidak tahu menulis sebagai mukjizatnya, tetapi beliau mempunyai fathanah, cerdik dalam dakwahnya. Kita katakan mukjizat kerana Al Quran diturunkan dalam Bahasa Arab, berbentuk seakan syair dan sangat indah susunan bahasanya, kerana ia adalah kalamullah, kata-kata Allah untuk pedoman seluruh manusia. Andai Allah takdirkan Muhammad pandai membaca dan menulis, sudah tentu pihak kafir akan menuduh Muhammad yang merekacipta dan menulis Al Quran, Maha Bijaksana Allah...!
Sudah menjadi standard bagi Allah, yang Maha Bijak, Yang Maha Sempurna, meletakkan kalamnya jauh daripada keupayaan manusia untuk ditandingi, kalam yang asal, yang asli, yang ori.
Kita tahu Malaikat Jibril mendatangi Muhammad di Gua Hira' pada tahun kenabian, dengan mengatakan "Iqra'", yang bermaksud "Bacalah...!", dan Muhammad menjawab "Saya tidak tahu membaca". Perkara ini berulang tiga kali hingga pada kali ketiga Jibril menyatakan:
11All vision is become to you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is learned, saying, Read this, I pray you; and he says, I cannot, for it is sealed: 12and the book is delivered to him who is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray you; and he says, I am not learned. (Shaya 29)
Dalam Bahasa Melayu:
(12) Dan apabila kitab itu diberikan kepada seorang yang tidak dapat membaca dengan mengatakan, bacalah ini, saya berdoa untuk kamu, dan dia menjawab, "Saya tidak tahu membaca" (Bible Shaya 29)
Baik, sekarang kita tanya,
1) Kitab apakah itu?
2) Siapakan 'dia' itu yang tidak tahu membaca?
Kebetulan? Adakah calon lain untuk 'si dia' selain Muhammad SAW? Sila tunjukkan.

Sebelum kita sambung mengulas dengan ayat yang ditulis sebelum ini, sedikit kongsian untuk semua.

Dr. Mohsin : And (remember) when 'Īsā (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), said: "O Children of Israel! I am the Messenger of Allâh unto you confirming the Taurât [(Torah) which came] before me, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmed[] . But when he (Ahmed i.e. Muhammad SAW) came to them with clear proofs, they said: "This is plain magic[]."
Pickthal : And when Jesus son of Mary said: O Children of Israel! Lo! I am the messenger of Allah unto you, confirming that which was (revealed) before me in the Torah, and bringing good tidings of a messenger who cometh after me, whose name is the Praised One. Dan (ingatlah juga peristiwa) ketika Nabi Isa ibni Maryam berkata: “Wahai Bani Israil, sesungguhnya aku ini Pesuruh Allah kepada kamu, mengesahkan kebenaran Kitab yang diturunkan sebelumku, iaitu Kitab Taurat, dan memberikan berita gembira dengan kedatangan seorang Rasul yang akan datang kemudian daripadaku – bernama: Ahmad”. Maka ketika ia datang kepada mereka membawa keterangan-keterangan yang jelas nyata, mereka berkata: “Ini ialah sihir yang jelas nyata!”
Mereka menukar perkataan AHMAD kepada tafsirnya terus tanpa menggunakan nama asal, iaitu yang terpuji, mahmudah, Muhammad, dan Hamid adalah sama maksud dengan Ahmad, yang bermaksud, TERPUJI.
Secekap mana mereka menukar, kita temukan bait ayat yang sama daripada kitab mereka, yang turun jauh lebih dulu daripada Al-Quran, yang bermaksud:

Setelah beberapa kurun dan beberapa kali proses penterjemahan, bolehkah kita katakan perkataan Counsellor itu adalah berpunca daripada perkataan asal praiseworthy, Praised One, The Comforter dan lain-lain? Tafsir sememangnya berbeza, tunjukkan kepada kita perkataan sebenar yang turun kepada Nabi Isa, dengan bahasa apa Nabi Isa menerima Injil, atau, Injil sebenarnya diturunkan dalam bahasa apa?
Atau ceritakan kepada kita, siapakah The Caunsellor?

Lawan Hujah Bhg 5
Kita lanjutkan perbahasan ini dengan menghabiskan ayat yang kita bincang dari awal. Kita tidaklah gemar mengambil petikan daripada kitab mereka kerana kita menyakini tulisan itu bukanlah asli, tetapi atas hujah yang mereka perkudakan atas kitab kita, maka kita gunakan kitab mereka pula untuk memberi penerangan kepada mereka. Tujuan kita satu, mengajak mereka kembali kepada kitab Allah secara ikhlas, tanpa prejudis. Ini kerana Al Quran telah membatalkan kitab-kitab terdahulu, asalkan mereka buka mata dan hati secara sukarela, renung dengan ikhlas dalam mata hati mencari kebenaran, nescaya mereka akan menerima seruan ke agama suci yang sebenar, iaitu Islam.
Masih menggunakan petikan mereka:
Ini kerana jika ayat daripada pihak pertama, ia akan jadi begini "Allah your God will raise up for you a prophet like YOU form among your brothers, you must listen to him"
Bagai dijangka, Bani Israel sangat terkenal dengan sikap angkuh dan sombong mereka, perkataan "you must listen to him" hanyalah mainan di telinga, mereka tidak akan patuh semuanya.
Firman Allah dalam Al Quran pula:

Hasilnya, mereka menolak Nabi Muhammad sebagai utusan Allah yang terakhir, dan tidak mendengar arahan daripada Nabi mereka sendiri dalam ayat di atas.
Kita lanjutkan perbincangan ke ayat seterusnya yang mengulangi ayat yang telah kita bincangkan, daripada kitab mereka pada post yang seterusnya, Insyallah.:

The Injil clearly teaches that this verse was fulfilled in the coming of Prophet 'Isa Ibn Maryam.) daripada (Deuteronomy 18)"Mengikut struktur ayat di atas, ia merupakan ayat suruhan yang direkod dalam kitab mereka, berpunca daripada kata-kata Nabi Musa kepada kaumnya (Bani Israel) dan jelas, daripada struktur ayat ini, kata-kata tersebut bukan daripada Tuhan secara terus (direct). Maksud kita, ia ayat pihak ketiga yang merekod, bukan ayat dari pihak pertama.
Ini kerana jika ayat daripada pihak pertama, ia akan jadi begini "Allah your God will raise up for you a prophet like YOU form among your brothers, you must listen to him"
Bagai dijangka, Bani Israel sangat terkenal dengan sikap angkuh dan sombong mereka, perkataan "you must listen to him" hanyalah mainan di telinga, mereka tidak akan patuh semuanya.
Firman Allah dalam Al Quran pula:

Kita sambung, insyaallah.
"...from among your brothers" yang dikatakan daripada ayat di atas merupakan lagi satu petunjuk tentang kehadiran seorang Nabi seperti Musa yang dihuraikan dalam baris perkataan terdahulu pada post terdahulu.
Kita telah kemukakan 11 pernyataan sebelum ini bahawa "a prophet like me (Moses)" adalah merujuk kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW, bukan Jesus atau Nabi Isa AS.
Jika ada yang ragu-ragu atau ada idea lain, sila kemukakan.
"...from among your brothers..." dalam baris berikutnya dalam ayat ini memberi maklum kepada kita, dari segi sejarahnya, Nabi yang dimaksudkan itu perlu bukan dari keturunan Musa, atau Bani Israel kerana ia disebut "saudara" bukan "keturunan".
Sejarah kita dan mereka hampir sama, Nabi Ibrahim mempunyai 2 orang isteri, Hajar dan Sarah. Hajar melahirkan Ismail, juga seorang Nabi dan Rasul, yang terkenal dengan peristiwa Qurban setiap tahun.
Rujuk lagi kitab mereka: "...dan Ibrahim menamai anak yang dilahirkan Hajar itu Ismail" (Genesis 16:15)
Manakala anak kedua Nabi Ibrahim, melalui Sarah dinamai Ishaq, lahir lebih kurang 13 tahun selepas kelahiran Ismail. Ishaq juga seorang Nabi dan Rasul.
Maka, Ishaq dan Ismail adalah adik beradik sebapa tetapi berlainan emak atau lebih mudah disebut oleh orang Melayu, SAUDARA TIRI.
Nabi Musa berketurunan Nabi Ibrahim melalui Ishaq, digelar Bani Israel sesudah zaman Nabi Yaakub AS, anak Nabi Ishak, maka Nabi Yaakub juga merupakan cucu Nabi Ibrahim.
Daripada keturunan Nabi Yaakub ini lahir semua Nabi dan Rasul, mereka digelar Bani Israel, tetapi dalam masa yang sama, keturunan Ismail atau Bani Ismail tidak ada lagi yang menjadi Rasul, sehingga sampai kepada Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Mutalib, Muhammad ini dilantik menjadi Nabi dari keturunan Ismail Bin Ibrahim, SAUDARA Nabi Ishaq, SAUDARA Bani Israel, SAUDARA Nabi Musa...!
Maka, telahan dalam perkataan "...from among your brothers..." sangat TEPAT untuk Nabi Muhammad SAW, atau dari bahasa Melayu, "... daripada kalangan SAUDARA kamu...".
Bukankah anak kepada adik-beradik kita, tidak kira seibu sebapa atau tidak kita panggil ANAK SAUDARA....? Pernah wujud istilah ANAK SAUDARA TIRI?
Muhammad daripada kalangan Bani Ismail..., SAUDARA Bani Israel...!

4) Muhammad dan Musa dilahirkan melalui percampuran bapa dan emak sedangkan Jesus lahir tanpa pencampuran seperti ini, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
5) Muhammad dan Musa mempunyai bapa manusia tetapi Jesus tidak mempunyai bapa, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
6) Muhammad dan Musa berkahwin dalam hayatnya tetapi Jesus tidak berkahwin, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
7) Muhammad dan Musa mempunyai anak tetapi Jesus tidak mempunyai anak, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
8) Muhammad dan Musa diterima oleh kaumnya sebagai salah seorang Nabi dan Rasul tetapi Jesus ditolak kaumnya, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
9) Muhammad dan Musa meninggal dunia secara kematian yang biasa sedangkan Jesus menurut mereka mati dibunuh, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
10) Muhammad dan Musa pada masa ini jasad mereka berada di dalam kubur sedangkan Jesus menurut meraka ada di syurga, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
11) Muhammad dan Musa tidak akan kembali ke dunia lagi sedangkan Jesus akan kembali pada hampir qiamat, jadi Muhammad seperti Musa dan Jesus tidak seperti Musa.
Insyallah, akan datang kita akan ke perkataan berikutnya, "from among your brothers" untuk membuktikan bahawa telahan ini adalah untuk Muhammad, bukan untuk Jesus.

Mereka akan mengatakan yang Moses menelah Jesus dalam ayat berkenaan kerana Jesus seorang Nabi dan Moses juga seorang Nabi, Moses dan Jesus keduanya bangsa Israel dan itu yang menjadi hujah kedua mereka.
Kita katakan bahawa jika hanya dua kriteria itu yang diambilkira untuk memberati Jesus dalam ayat berkenaan "Seorang Nabi seperti aku", maka Nabi-Nabi lain juga layak, kerana mereka juga Nabi dan mereka juga Bangsa Israel!
Bangsa Israel datang daripada keturunan Nabi Ibrahim, Ishak, kemudian Yaakub, dan seluruhnya yang terkenal, Yusuf, Ayub, Shuib, Musa, Harun, Zulkifli, Daud, Sulaiman, Ilyas, Ilyasak, Yunus, Zakaria dan Yahya, semuanya selepas Yaakub adalah Nabi dan Bangsa Israel. Termasuk Isa AS.
Jika hanya dua kriteria ini yang diambil, maka hujah mereka amat lemah.
1) Jesus tidak seperti Musa, kerana Jesus menurut mereka adalah Tuhan sedangkan Musa manusia biasa.
2) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana Jesus mati untuk dosa-dosa dunia sedangkan Musa tidak mati untuk dosa dunia.
3) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana menurut mereka Jesus pergi ke Neraka selama tiga hari sedangkan Musa tidak.
4) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana Jesus dilahirkan tanpa bapa, sedangkan Musa lahir dengan kelahiran yang normal, dengan percampuran antara bapa dan emak.
5) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana Jesus tidak mempunyai bapa, sedangkan Musa mempunyai bapa.
6) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana Jesus tidak berkahwin sedangkan Musa berkahwin.
7) Jesus tidak seperti Musa kerana Jesus tidak mempunyai anak sedangkan Musa mempunyai anak.

Website ini disediakan oleh pendiayah jahat dengan niat jahat dan mengelirukan khususnya kepada umat Islam dengan fakta dangkal dan lemah, khususnya pada soalan trivia yang disediakan.
Kononnya untuk memberi perbandingan tetapi didalangi oleh kumpulan manusia jahat yang ditutup hatinya oleh Allah kepada kebenaran.
Mereka menggunakan hujah daripada ayat Al Quran untuk menaikkan seorang Nabi, dan menjatuhkan Nabi yang lain. Mereka menutup semua salur berkomunikasi dengan mereka daripada website berkenaan, ini langkah bacul.
Hari ini lebih 1.5 billion orang Islam serata dunia memuliakan Nabi Isa AS dengan jasa dan penerangan daripada Nabi Muhammad SAW, seperti semua Nabi yang di wahyukan Allah, mereka sama istimewa antara satu dengan yang lain, kerana dakwah semua Nabi dan Rasul adalah sama sahaja.
Tidak ada pelik Allah mencipta Nabi Isa tanpa bapa, kerana Allah jugalah yang menciptakan Nabi Adam tanpa emak dan bapa, dan menciptakan pula Hawa tanpa emak, tetapi daripada tulang rusuk Adam.
Allah menciptakan Adam daripada tanah, tanpa emak dan bapa, dan bagaimana pula Allah mencipta tanah? Daripada apa pula? Adakah sesuatu masalah bagi Allah Yang Maha Kuasa untuk menciptakan apa saja yang dikehendakinya, dengan menggunakan apa saja?
Adakah terdapat dalam kitab-kitab mereka mengakui Nabi Isa menyebut bahawa dia Nabi yang terakhir diturunkan? Bagaimana mereka boleh mempercayai semua Nabi lain sebelum Isa tetapi menentang satu-satunya Nabi selepas Nabi Isa, iaitu Nabi Muhammad SAW?

Terdapat berbelas alasan, "a prophet like me (Moses)" yang didakwa mereka jatuh kepada Nabi Isa adalah sebenarnya ditujukan kepada Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kedatangan Nabi Muhammad SAW sebagai Nabi penghabisan telah dimaklumkan dalam kitab-kitab terdahulu, ribuan tahun sebelum Tahun Gajah, yang pada hari ini dipinda mereka.

Index Of Protection and NEMA Rating
The protection of enclosures against ingress of dirt or against the ingress of water is defined in IEC529 (BSEN60529:1991). Conversely, an enclosure which protects equipment against ingress of particles will also protect a person from potential hazards within that enclosure, and this degree of protection is also defined as a standard.
The degrees of protection are most commonly expressed as "IP" followed by two numbers, e.g. IP65, where the numbers define the degree of protection. The first digit (Foreign Bodies Protection) shows the extent to which the equipment is protected against particles, or to which persons are protected from enclosed hazards. The second digit (Water Protection) indicates the extent of protection against water. The wording in the table is not exactly as used in the standards document, but the dimensions are accurate.
The first digit in the rating is the protection against contact and foreign bodies. The second digit in the rating is the water protection factor. The third digit in the impact protection factor. It is normally displayed in the format below.

There are many NEMA ratings available for enclosures. Below, is an brief explanation of each NEMA rating.
NEMA 1 General Purpose - Indoors
Type 1 enclosures are intended for general purpose indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against contact with the enclosed equipment or locations where unusual service conditions do not exist.
NEMA 2 Drip Proof - Indoors
Type 2 enclosures are intended for general purpose indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against limited amounts of falling water and dirt.
NEMA 3 Dust Tight, Rain Tight, & Ice/Sleet resistant - Indoors/Outdoors
Type 3 enclosures are intended for general purpose outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust, rain, and sleet; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 3R Rain Proof & Ice/Sleet Proof - Indoors/Outdoors
Type 3R enclosures are intended for general purpose outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against falling rain; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 3S Dust Tight, Rain Tight, & Ice/Sleet Proof - Outdoors
Type 3S enclosures are intended for general purpose outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against sleet; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 4 Water Tight & Dust Tight - Indoors/Outdoors
Type 4 enclosures are intended for general purpose indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing water, and hose directed water; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 4x Water Tight, Dust Tight, & Corrosion Resistant - Indoors/Outdoors
Type 4X enclosures are intended for general purpose indoor and outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against corrosion, windblown dust and rain, splashing water, and hose-directed water; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 5 Superseded by NEMA 12 for Control Apparatus

NEMA 6 Submersible, Water Tight, Dust Tight, & Ice/Sleet Resistant - Indoors/Outdoors
Type 6 enclosures are intended for general purpose indoor or outdoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against the entry of water during temporary submersion at a limited depth; and to be undamaged by the formation of ice on the enclosure.
NEMA 7 Underwriters Lab Class 1-Groups C&D -Explosion Proof - Indoors
Type 7 enclosures are for indoor use in locations classified as Class I, Groups A, B, C, or D, as defined in the National Electrical Code.
Type 7 enclosures shall be capable of withstanding the pressures resulting from an internal explosion of specified gases, and contain such an explosion sufficiently that an explosive gas-air mixture existing in the atmosphere surrounding the enclosure will not be ignited. Enclosed heat generating devices shall not cause external surfaces to reach temperatures capable of igniting explosive gas-air mixtures in the surrounding atmosphere. Enclosures shall meet explosion, hydro-static, and temperature design tests.
NEMA 8 Underwriters Lab Class 1-Groups C&D -Explosion Proof - Indoors
Type 8 is same as NEMA 7, except the unit is oil-immersed
NEMA 9 Underwriters' Lab Class II - Groups E,F,G - Indoors
Type 9 enclosures are intended for special purpose indoor use in locations classified as hazardous (Class II, Groups E, F, or G, as defined in the National Electrical Code).
Type 9 enclosures shall be capable of preventing the entrance of dust. Enclosed heat generating devices shall not cause external surfaces to reach temperatures capable of igniting or discoloring dust on the enclosure or igniting dust-air mixtures in the surrounding atmosphere. Enclosures shall meet dust penetration and temperature design tests, and aging of gaskets (if used).
NEMA 10 Bureau of Mines
NEMA 11 Corrosion Resistant & Drip Proof - Oil Immersed - indoors
NEMA 12 Industrial Use - Dust Tight & Drip Tight - Indoors
Type 12 enclosures are intended for industrial indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against dust, falling dirt, and dripping noncorrosive liquids.
NEMA 13 Oil Tight & Dust Tight - Indoors
Type 13 enclosures are intended for industrial indoor use primarily to provide a degree of protection against dust, spraying of water, oil, and noncorrosive coolant.

Although the green movement has been trumpeting the importance of energy conservation for years, it popped up on Americans' radar screens in a major way after oil-price spikes in 2008 caused utility companies to add fuel surcharges to customers' bills.
Add to that droughts and water shortages in many regions of the country that forced strict water use restrictions, and homeowners have plenty of incentive to save money on their utility bills any way they can.
Here are 10 large and small changes you can make to help your home be more energy efficient and cut utility bills for years to come:
1. Paint Your Roof White
A 1999 study by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory's Heat Island Group found that in sunny climates, buildings with white roofs required up to 40 percent less energy for cooling than those with black roofs. At current utility rates, that means you could save $120 or more per year in cooling costs.
An inexpensive white, elastomeric coating will do the job and can be found at most hardware stores in states in the southern half of the U.S. Elastomeric coating is a blend of polymers that is durable, flexible and waterproof, and offers the fringe benefit of helping to increase your roof's life span and water resistance. All you'll need to apply it is heavy-duty paint rollers on an inexpensive old paint roller frame, with an extension pole attached to save wear and tear on your back.
